To Russia with Love

Our church leader Mr.Peter shared about the work in Russia. His son is doing his medicines in the university and a group of medical students had started a fellowship group. This group reached out to the others students and also to the local residents.

The work there need support for rental of meeting place, social aids to some homeless folks, and feeding some of them. They have reached out and won some to the Lord.

NTGH needs to provide regular financial support to this student group inistiated by Christian students from foreign land.

NTGH Nepali Ministry

Amar will be graduating from GLO Taiping this September. God willing he will return to Nepal to build up a base station. He will work among those who have returned from Malaysia and together hope to plant house churches in Nepal.

Amar and family needs your prayer and practical support. NTGH is committed to raise enough support to provide for his ministry and his family. Pray with us and give towards our Missions Fund.

Joe and Ann thanked the church for their prayer and support for the Vietnamese ministry in NTGH. They will soon return to Vietnam and to work among those who have accepted the Lord while working in Malaysia.

Joe will also do discipling ministry and hoping to see God working mightily in Vietnam.

Joe & Ann arrived in Jan 2008 will be leaving for Vietnam this 30th.Sept.09
They will be serving among those who had returned from Malaysia.

Every Sunday NTGH needs to pay for the tranportation of Vietnamese residents to attend meetings at NTGH Vietnamese Fellowship.
Over a thousand was spent on transportation alone (for both Vietnamese and Nepali friends.)

About NTGH English Assembly

We are one of the Christian Brethren Assemblies of Malaysia. NTGH began as a Chinese speaking assembly in 1920. It began as a house church started by the late Mr. Lim Kia Joo. However, in May 1967 a young high school student initiated an English speaking Youth Fellowship Service. By God's grace, this Youth Fellowship group grew to become an English speaking congregation in 1983. By 1987 it began to have its own Church Committee and in 1993 the first Oversight was appointed. In 1996 God gave the church a vision of its own premises and a Building Project was officially launched in October 1996. With God's provision, NTGH English Assembly began to move into its own church premise on the first Sunday of April 1998. Within a short span of one year, the church was provided with over RM300,000.00 to pay for the cost of the building as well as for the renovation and basic amenities for the sanctuary. Praise be to God!
Life moves on!Ministry grew. Early 2005 God revealed to the church leadership impressing upon them the need to move to a bigger building. The whole church prayed and confirmed the leading of the Lord. In one accord, the church began to eye on the two buildings in Taman Bukit Panchor, Nibong Tebal. A visit to the site confirmed the Lord's approval of the building. Immediate plan was drafted as how to go about purchasing for these two shop lots. Praise the Lord. it was carried out in faith, with the help of a bank loan we moved on. By this time, we have a new ministry among the Vietnamese, renting a premises for them in Taman Bukit Panchor. At this point of time, we are also contemplating to start a Napalese ministry. So together we moved in faith. We moved in the the new building at 116,Lorong Bukit Panchor 3, Taman Bukit Panchor, Nibong Tebal on 2/10/2005.Praise the Lord for His wonderful leading and provisions.We had our official dedication & Thanksgivings Service for our new church hall on 18/3/2006

Return of MF News

Ever since the 1980s Nibong Tebal Gospel Hall has initiated its Missions wing to carry out numerous missions activities. We had our Film Ministries, our OA Ministry, our Church Planting Ministry and also supportive role for church members attending Bible School equipping for fulltime ministry etc.

In the late 1990s we have resort to fellowship role, supporting a couple serving fulltime with MCCC, and supporting our NTGH Nepali Ministry and NTGH Vietnamese Ministry.

Of late God has directed NTGH into an overseas missions commitment. We have our ready ministry in Vietnam, and Nepal as well as Russia.

NTGH realised that we cannot do it alone. We need the back up and support from all Christians and churches who shared our visions and have this same burden for missions.

We need to build up our Mission Fund to provide substantially to all our overseas missions ministries.

We welcome enquiries and gifts in support to ministry in Vietnam and Nepal and Russia.
We hope to establish a base station in Honoi, a base station in Kathmandu and continue to support our church member who is doing his medical studies while actively involve in outreach ministry in Russia.
